Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Junior Logistician to support the USCG Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) client in the United States. You will help manage maintenance, supply chains, and logistics plans for Coast Guard assets, applying standards like MIL-P-24534 and MSG 3 and working with FLS, NESSS, and HM&E systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
• Able to obtain favorable DHS Suitability.
• Understanding of the USCG and the SBPL.
• Experience in logistics in support of USCG maintenance and experience with the USCG Logistics Business Model.
• Experience in utilizing the FLS and NESSS.
• Working knowledge of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems in addition to electronics systems Familiarity of USCG software.
• Detail oriented, self-starter.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Determining the extent and acceptability of interchangeable/substitute items and recommend modifications.
• Determining the effect of changes in maintenance on supply chain.
• Assessing and advising on the impact of equipment support program efforts Coast Guard wide.
• Applying ten elements of logistics to SBPL supported assets.
• Drafting Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans for SBPL.
• Applying Reliability-Centered Maintenance and standards to SBPL assets.
• Assessing and advising on Coast Guard, Navy, and other government programs on SBPL.
• Generating and maintaining maintenance standards in FLS, FLS-MAM, NESSS.
• Generating and maintaining maintenance parts information in FLS, FLS-MAM, NESSS.
• Generating, analyzing and altering allowance lists in NESSS.
• Assisting CORs in maintaining and analyzing maintenance and supply records in FLS.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
