CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Junior Logistician to support the USCG Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) client in the United States. You will help manage maintenance, supply chains, and logistics plans for Coast Guard assets, applying standards like MIL-P-24534 and MSG 3 and working with FLS, NESSS, and HM&E systems.

Job description

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Junior Logistician to support our USCG Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) client.

Responsibilities may include performing the following but are not limited to:

Determining the extent and acceptability of interchangeable/substitute items and recommend any modification necessary to the equipment.
Determining the effect of changes in maintenance on supply chain.
Assessing and advising on the impact of equipment support program efforts Coast Guard wide.
Applying ten (10) elements of logistics to SBPL supported assets.
Drafting Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans for systems and equipment supported by SBPL.
Applying principles of Reliability-Centered Maintenance and various standards such as MIL-P-24534 Planned Maintenance System, SAE RCM Standard: JA1011, ABS RCM, and MSG 3 to SBPL supported assets.
Assessing and advising on the impact of Coast Guard, Navy, and Other Government Agency (OGA) small boat related programs on current SBPL support practices.
Generating and maintaining maintenance standards in FLS, FLS-Mobile Asset Manager (MAM) modules and NESSS.
Generating and maintaining maintenance parts information in FLS, FLS-MAM modules and NESSS.
Generating, analyzing and altering allowance lists in NESSS.
Providing assistance to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in the execution of various tasks that support the ACMS section with maintaining, developing and analyzing maintenance and supply records in the FLS.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Expected Salary range: $46,000-$58,000

Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
Active DHS Suitability.
Three years engaged in logistics in support of Coast Guard maintenance and a minimum of two years of experience with the Coast Guard Logistics Business Model.
Experience in utilizing the FLS, FLS-MAM and/or NESSS.
Two years of experience in utilizing the FLS and NESSS Demonstrate a working knowledge of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems in additional to electronics systems Familiarity of USCG software.
