ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist for support on one of our Prime Logistics programs. This is a remote position, with preferred candidates living in the Fairfield, NJ, Atlanta, GA, or Austin, TX areas.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues including but not limited to order processing and stock availability, order prioritization, order status and tracking, order review and cancelation, documentation acquisition and cataloging.
• Organizes, monitors, and provides complete and timely responses to requests originating through customer service shared inbox, support line, and customer web portal.
• Works closely with all levels of the organization/team including inventory, procurement, logistics and 3PL support staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Reports the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma required; BS degree a plus
