Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of chemical products for safe, timely delivery.
• Schedule, track, and manage road/sea/air freight; liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping docs: Bills of Lading, MSDS, customs declarations, and records.
• Ensure compliance with ADR, IMDG, IATA and other chemical transport rules.
• Monitor inventory levels; support warehouse ops and returns.
• Maintain logs and assist cost-control, process improvements, and EHS compliance.

Logistics Coordinator (Chemical Products)

Location: Adel, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of chemical products, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Schedule, track, and manage road, sea, and air freight activities while communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, MSDS, customs declarations, and related records.
• Ensure compliance with chemical transportation regulations and safety standards, including ADR, IMDG, and IATA requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, support warehouse operations, and assist with the handling of returns, damaged goods, and product recalls.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support process improvements, cost-control initiatives, and EHS compliance efforts.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical transportation regulations and hazardous materials handling is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
