Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management with logistics/supply chain focus.
• APICS or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of logistics and supply chain optimization projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (warehousing, transportation, procurement) and external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and assess risks and challenges within the supply chain and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems within the logistics framework.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
