Qualifications

• Ability to learn and use proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, monitor attendance, productivity and other markers; provide counseling/recognition as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to increase productivity of dispatch/warehouse operations; provide relief coverage when staff are off.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies such as inventory accuracy and control; understand relation between decision-making and profitability.
• Ensure day-to-day management aligns with safety strategy; provide training and direction for safe performance.
• Understand location-specific customer goals and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Plan work assignments to efficiently use fleet and warehouse equipment.
