Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting is required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the value proposition to the field and to customers by identifying the critical metrics to measure Penske's performance.
• Effectively plan and forecast business results; analyze and interpret financial results vs proforma or business plan.
• Lead and develop innovative financial strategies using PMT and LEAN principles to determine optimal financing options.
