Job Overview

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees 15-20 hourly employees at our New Castle, DE site. The role focuses on managing shift operations to meet output, safety, and quality standards, while developing team members and handling employee relations.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate operational bottlenecks and adjust labor needs accordingly.
2. Maintain accurate attendance and shift records.
3. Provide regular feedback to team members on performance.
4. Enforce conduct and safety standards, including disciplinary actions.
5. Create a motivating environment that promotes performance and teamwork.
6. Standardize processes, participate in audits, and implement continuous improvements.
7. Handle team conflicts and enforce work rules fairly.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proven managerial experience, including team oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (IM and WM modules).
• Certified forklift operator with safety commitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications
