Job summary

Tesla is looking for an experienced people leader to head our ground operations group across North America. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the team including hiring, onboarding, upskilling, performance management and daily logistics operations execution.

Lead Yard Management Associates, drive site readiness, safety, and associate quality-of-life improvements, and own network throughput with KPI oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time across North America and flexible working hours including nights or weekends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Tableau, AI tools with excellent analytical abilities.
• 2+ years of hourly associate leadership experience across markets.
• 2+ years of extensive logistics yard operations experience.
• Evidence of strong critical thinking and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Yard Management Associates, including coaching, performance management, scheduling, and development.
