Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse and shipping activities for a shift, coaching a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

You will drive inventory accuracy, staffing, and carrier coordination while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service levels. The role emphasizes Food Safety and Compliance within a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in distribution/warehouse or supply chain role.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and supervise adherence to training and observations.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts across all locations and standard work procedures.
• Plan staffing to meet inbound/outbound requirements and optimize carrier relationships.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and financial targets.
• Oversee Food Safety and Quality responsibilities as part of daily operations.

Position Summary

As a Logistics supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities for the warehouse and shipping departments for a given shift. You will coach, guide, and mentor a group of associates to create culture of safety, quality, and service. You will collaborate across departments and sites in an effort to drive continuous improvement within inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure completion of all relevant training and observations
• Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations
• Develop and sustain staffing model meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriers
• Hire, train, develop, and grow team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results
• This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality
• Other responsibilities, as necessary.
• Supervisory: This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
