Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Logistics Supervisor in Salem, VA, working 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday with rotational weekends. Salary starts at $60,000+ per year with eligibility for annual incentives. This role leads staff, drives continuous improvement, and ensures safe, efficient department operations.

The position requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or associate degree, and a valid driver’s license. Strong IT skills with Quest systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• English required; valid driver’s license.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and processes to create an enabling environment for employee contribution.
• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations and meet Turn-around Time requirements.
• Ensure safety, inventory, and cleanliness of the department; manage budgets and overtime.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and training plans.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
