Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) invites applications for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily RTP Logistics operations in Morrisville, NC. This on-site role reports to the Manager of Integrated Supply Chain and ensures timely shipment of products and organized material handling across the facility.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, planning resources, inventory control, and adherence to IDT standards, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to performing a variety of duties and changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs staff including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline.
• Approve and track time off requests and timesheets for resource planning.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing packages are processed to IDT standards.
• Coordinate material transfers between IDT locations.
• Maintain inventory control via regular counts.
• Demonstrate IDT core values and perform other duties as assigned.
