Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years in logistics/transportation management
• Experience supervising others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and delivery of domestic and international materials.
• Maintain communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, brokers and TAPCO staff.
• Lead a team and manage logistics operations effectively.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and schedules with Purchasing & Planning.
• Ensure transfer sheets and PO receipts are completed and verified.
• Track transportation metrics and present results to leadership.
