Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a warehouse team lead to ensure smooth Cartage, Warehouse and Transcon inbound operations while upholding safety and compliance. You will supervise staff, oversee inventory accuracy, and coordinate with vendors and agents to meet daily KPIs.

The role requires 2 years of industry qualification, strong supervisory, and excellent communication. Knowledge of export controls and related certifications is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industry-specific qualification (country specific).
• Proven supervisory attitude.
• Good market and product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; listen and convey clearly.
• Compliance/industry certifications (DG, LATAM, Compliance, IATA/FIATA).
• Solid understanding of Export Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across warehouse operations.
• Lead and coach the cartage, warehouse, and transcon teams to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, and 3rd parties to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory, counts, and process accuracy; perform cycle counts when needed.
• Prepare reports, manage finances and vendor relationships.
