Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fort Worth D2C warehouse on the 2nd shift. The role requires supervising the evening team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and driving performance to meet customer service standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with Sales, Finance and HR. Candidates should have 5+ years in warehouse ops, WMS experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proven management skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team, customer service, communications, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening shift team and drive performance across operations.
• Oversee budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and sanitation.
• Verify shipments, handle and disposition merchandise, maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan labor needs based on forecasts and input from management; meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales and Continuous Improvement; ensure regulatory compliance.
