Job summary

You will partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Planning to keep production flowing and to drive continuous improvement through standard processes and root-cause resolution.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/inventory, a engineering or supply-chain degree preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills plus proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment (KANBAN, VMI, Consignment).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management preferred; HS diploma with related experience considered.
• Proven leadership to work with multiple levels in the organization.
• Strong computer skills (Office) with verbal, written and presentation abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Oversee Receiving and Shipping, coordinating with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Planning.
• Lead a team of 10–20 members; manage schedules and daily assignments.
• Drive continuous improvement through standard processes and root-cause resolution.
