GardaWorld Federal Services is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to lead equipment management and logistics during emergency response for natural disasters. The role involves ensuring compliance, staff training, and efficient operations while adapting to rapidly changing situations and working closely with diverse stakeholders in high-stress environments.
Pay Range: 65K Base + $150/Deployed Daily Rate. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Job Summary:
The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting emergency response programs for various natural disasters, including hurricanes, wildfires, and other significant weather incidents. This position is heavily focused on comprehensive equipment management and overall logistics during emergency response operations. The Logistics Supervisor provides essential support for clients, on-site personnel, and vendors/subcontractors, working closely with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for guidance and coordination. They ensure efficient operations and resource deployment across response sites

Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Physical Requirements:
Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
