Job summary

W. Silver in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking an experienced Logistics & Distribution Manager to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and cross-dock operations.

You will manage routes, schedules, and shipment tracking while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of logistics staff, coordinate workloads, and drive continuous improvements to reduce costs and boost service quality, including close collaboration with carriers, suppliers, and customers in a bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience with 3 of those years of supervisory experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) required due to heavy communication with partners in Mexico.
• Strong working knowledge of shipping, receiving, routing, and distribution procedures.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
