Job summary

W. Silver, INC in New Mexico is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and cross-dock operations, manage routes and shipment tracking, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure compliance with logistics procedures, collaborate with carriers and customers, and continuously improve processes to reduce costs while maintaining service quality. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience with 3 of those years of supervisory experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) required due to heavy communication with partners in Mexico.
• Strong working knowledge of shipping, receiving, routing, and distribution procedures.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
