Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.

Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the logistics department. This role involves managing the flow of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.Prepare and generate reports on logistics performance and metrics.Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for logistics activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Train and mentor logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
