  • Actively manage day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring high performance by monitoring progress, providing guidance, and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Continuously track service levels and adherence to schedules. Coach team members to meet standards, adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Assist team members with difficult or escalated issues, offering guidance, troubleshooting, or stepping in when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking for all team members. Review and approve timecards, address discrepancies, ensure compliance with policies.
  • Act as the primary resource for team members regarding product knowledge, operational processes, and troubleshooting; address questions and provide effective solutions.

Job description

Salary: USD65000 - USD65000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

1. Actively manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring high individual and team performance by monitoring progress, providing guidance, and addressing challenges as they arise.

2. Continuously track and assess service levels and adherence to schedules. Coach team members to ensure job performance meets or exceeds established standards, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.

3. Be available to assist team members with difficult or escalated issues throughout the shift, ensuring problems are resolved in a timely manner. This may include offering guidance, troubleshooting, or stepping in directly when necessary.

4. Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking for all team members. Review and approve timecards to confirm they are complete and free from errors, addressing discrepancies as necessary and ensuring compliance with company policies to prevent timecard fraud.

5. Act as the primary resource for team members regarding product knowledge, operational processes, and troubleshooting. Address questions and provide effective solutions for product-related issues, process concerns, and other challenges.

6. Meet regularly with the Department Head to discuss team performance, provide constructive feedback, exchange ideas, and receive direction. Work together to align on department goals, objectives, and strategies for continuous improvement.

7. Schedule regular discussions with fellow supervisors to track progress on departmental projects, recognize milestones and achievements, and identify opportunities for improvement within the team or processes. Share best practices and collaborate on overcoming challenges.

8. Actively participate in the creation, development, and implementation of programs and procedures aimed at enhancing work quality, boosting productivity, and improving overall team performance. Propose and champion initiatives for optimization driving continuous improvement efforts.

9. Effectively handle customer escalations by identifying the root cause of issues, taking appropriate corrective actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution.

10. Conduct Coaching & Performance Reviews. Regularly provide feedback to team members through one-on-one coaching sessions, focusing on performance improvements, skill development, and career progression. Work closely with the Department Head to ensure proper supervision and guidance.

11. Track Performance Metrics by continuously evaluating and documenting team performance, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Align performance assessments with department goals, KPIs, and operational targets to ensure the team is meeting expectations.

12. Identify Process Improvements. Evaluate internal processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to propose and implement changes that enhance departmental productivity, streamline operations, and improve overall performance.

13. Streamline Workflows & Increase Efficiency. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce errors, and enhance quality by optimizing operational processes. Drive initiatives that lead to improved productivity and higher levels of operational efficiency across the team.

14. Offer insights and suggestions to the Department Head regarding workflow, team performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring the team consistently meets departmental and organizational goals.

15. Perform Logistics Administrator Tasks. Assist with logistics-related duties, including order processing, reporting, and communication with the factory. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all logistics functions to support team and departmental goals.
