Job summary

Kroger in Georgia is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily receiving, selection, loading operations and hourly team productivity. You will model Kroger’s core values, ensure safety, sanitation and timely execution of tasks, while guiding associates and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience.
• High School or greater educational (degree preferred).
• Two or more years of leadership experience.

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
