Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Chesterfield, Missouri to monitor and coordinate daily US Gulf grain and crush logistics, optimize shipments by rail, barge and vessel, and manage related documentation. You will work with plant operations and commercial teams to implement data-driven strategies and improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, agriculture or related field.
• Demonstrates structured, self-disciplined work approach with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence others.
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Align inputs to execute a multi-commodity export program and optimize asset utilization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage supplies and transport equipment.
• Oversee documentation processes for trade and logistics activities.
• Assist with vessel laytime settlement and related execution activities.
• Input and distribute information, data, and reporting in systems.
• Analyze costs and develop cost-containment strategies.
• Establish and report metrics/KPI targets for sales and volumes.
• Develop continuous improvement plans for processes and systems.
• Maintain SOPs for key business processes.
• Lead project teams and communicate findings to drive change.
• Facilitate strategic logistics discussions and cross-group collaboration.
• Provide training and system support to users of tools and processes.
• Serve as back-up for other roles.
