Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Chesterfield, Missouri to monitor and optimize day-to-day US Gulf grain logistics, including vessel operations, contracts, and data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure efficient shipments and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or an applicable related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, agriculture or related field.
• Display a structured and self-disciplined approach to working - able to work on own initiative with ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Align multiple inputs and plans to execute a multi-commodity export program, optimize asset utilization, and manage supply needs.
• Work with key stakeholders to manage and align supplies and transport equipment with program needs.
• Oversee documentation processes with trade and logistics activities.
• Assist with vessel laytime settlement and other related execution activities.
• Input, maintain, and distribute information, data, and reporting in appropriate systems.
• Perform analysis related to the development and implementation of cost-containment strategies.
• Play lead role in establishing and reporting metrics and KPI targets for sales, volumes, income, and expenses.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance and streamline processes, procedures, and systems.
