Vylor Inc. is seeking a motivated Master's internship in Versoix, Switzerland, to design and pilot a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework for international freight operations across Europe.

You will work with the Regional Logistics Leader and cross-functional teams to benchmark, design, and implement end-to-end SRM processes. You will develop KPIs, segmentation, and governance tooling while contributing to a broader rollout across Europe.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, International Commerce or related field.
Strong analytical and data skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Fluent English; comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Assess current freight supplier management and benchmark best practices.
Design end-to-end Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
Develop carrier scorecards and KPIs to measure supplier and operational performance.
Create supplier segmentation to support different levels of supplier engagement.
Launch a pilot with up to five freight providers and document learnings.
Develop governance model and practical tools for ongoing SRM.
Provide recommendations and roadmap for rollout across Europe.
