Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies is hiring a Shipping/Receiving and Driver in Middletown, CT. The role focuses on accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, labeling, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining records. Applicants should have 2+ years in manufacturing and shipping/receiving, plus 1–2 years local delivery/warehouse experience, and a CT driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; forklift experience a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• 1–2 years of local delivery driving and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Notify personnel of discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment per customer specs.
• Create shipping docs including bills of lading and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of shipments in inventory system and perform counts.
• Ensure outgoing/incoming products meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work environment per policies.
• Drive company vehicles for local pickups/deliveries between sites.
