Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies in Poway, CA is hiring a Shipping and Receiving employee to handle receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will verify shipments, label, prepare documentation, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in manufacturing and 2 years in shipping/receiving, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling shipments and records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, POs, and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store materials in designated locations.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment per customer specs.
• Create shipping documentation including bills of lading and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of shipments and receipts in the inventory system.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and report variances.
• Ensure outgoing/incoming products meet quality and customer requirements.
