Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies in Middletown, CT is hiring for a Shipping/Receiving and Driver role. This full-time position offers a hourly wage of $25.00–$28.00 with a 40-hour work week and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

You will inspect shipments, label and store materials, prepare orders, coordinate with carriers, and maintain accurate shipment records. Local driving and warehouse duties are required, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• 1–2 years of local delivery driving and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, POs, and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment per customer specs and guidelines.
• Create shipping documentation, including bills of lading and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain records of shipments and receipts in the inventory system.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and report variances.
• Ensure outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Operate company vehicles for local pickups/deliveries between sites.
