Raytheon is seeking successful candidates to perform a wide variety of tasks relating to processing incoming and outgoing of equipment, parts, materials, and merchandise.

What You Will Do

  • Pack and process according to contractual obligations and applicable military standards (MIL-STD).
  • Follow desktop work instructions, contracts, and other directions to complete tasks precisely.
  • Interpret and follow special packing instructions and other packing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, transactions, and supplies.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and promote safety culture within the team and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and/or other logistics personnel.
  • Participate in process and safety improvement endeavors.
  • Must be able to safely and comfortably lift 28 pounds individually and 58 pounds as part of a team lift.
  • Able to stand in place during your shift.
  • This position is a 1st shift, onsite position

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with SAP (PRISM)

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
