LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a proactive Battery Pack In/Out-Bound Logistics Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to manage end-to-end logistics for pack materials and coordinate with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes cost control, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery across inter-company networks while supporting production schedules and international coordination when needed.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, SAP or similar manufacturing/business systems.

Responsibilities

• Logistics planning & performance tracking: Monitor and manage logistics plans and execution results for pack materials.
• Proactive issue resolution & cost management: Identify bottlenecks or delays and resolve them; review, process, and settle logistics and customs expenses.
• Damage claim management & asset disposal: Investigate incidents, manage freight claims, oversee disposal of scrap or damaged assets.
• Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between internal departments, external entities, and 3PL partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned
