Job summary

Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist, Journeyman to coordinate the complete lifecycle of materials, including acquisition, distribution, and disposal.

The role requires handling classified/COMSEC materials in a controlled environment and familiarity with Navy ERP. The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 annually, with a focus on secure warehouse operations, monthly metrics, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Management or related discipline; six years of additional work experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Associate’s degree plus four years’ experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and three years in SAP/Navy ERP.

Responsibilities

• Handle, shipping, receiving, accounting for, and storing classified materials per requirements.
• Run tracking system for classified shipments until receipt is documented.
• Conduct monthly Navy ERP metrics and propose process improvements.
