Katalyst CRO in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Logistics/Warehouse professional with GMP logistics experience to handle SAP, Syncade, and Ship console systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocations of API components. Role covers domestic and international shipping within the Logistics department.

The ideal candidate will manage goods receipts, inventory, and movements, while adhering to cGMPs, operating PIT equipment safely, and contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• 13 years of GMP logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing support experience required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Syncade, or similar ERP/MES systems.
• Experience operating PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device) preferred.
• Experience with domestic & international shipping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs SAP transactions required for Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement.
• Performs Syncade tasks for Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory.
• Understands and adheres to required procedures and qualifications.
• Complies with cGMP requirements in the work environment.
• Performs Circular Chart tasks for Installation, Review, Daily monitoring.
• Maintains Logbook entries/review for assigned area.
• Operates Class 1–4 equipment safely and compliantly.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Uses DMS and Trackwise for the assigned area.
• Performs other duties to support the department.
• Is a Warehouse Environment with required physical activity.

• Box Truck Driving.

• Is a Warehouse Environment with Physical Activity Required.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in GMP logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing support.
• Handson experience with SAP, Syncade, or similar ERP/MES systems.
• Experience operating PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device) preferred.
• Experience with domestic & international shipping is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• PIT certification or forklift license is a plus.
