Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an entry-level Logistics Specialist for a 6-month assignment in Portsmouth, NH. The role supports receipt, storage, and shipment of API and consumable components using SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console systems.

You will work within the Manufacturing Logistics team handling dispensing, receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities to keep operations compliant and on schedule. Key duties include performing SAP transactions (goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment),

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP transactions for goods receipt, stock put-away, and order fulfillment.
• Execute Syncade tasks for receipt, movement, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain required procedures and cGMP awareness.
• Record logs and monitor daily activities in assigned area.
• Operate PIT equipment and support shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks.

Title: Logistics Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Summary

Contributes within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components. Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally. Demonstrates organization, time management of primary role requirements for one of the following areas within the Logistics department: (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping and/or Warehouse)

Key Accountabilities

• Performs SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement)
• Performs Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
• Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications.
• Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP's required in the work environment.
• Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
• Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.
• Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.
• PIT Equipment: Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Ride On's, Order Pickers, etc.
• Box Truck Driving.
• Lukapak Receiving & Handling.
• Is a Warehouse Environment with Physical Activity Required.
