V2X is growing! We are seeking a Logistics Specialist II at our Indianapolis site. The role involves leading a team in one of two key Logistics Asset areas, ensuring coordination, distribution of work, staff training, and activity management across the site.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading daily work task coordination, supervising 10+ team members.
2. Managing the movement of materials efficiently within the facility.
3. Promoting safety, quality, and compliance with DFAR standards.
4. Planning and organizing tasks to meet organizational requirements.
5. Using analytical skills to prioritize work and manage team tasks.
6. Conducting interviews and making staffing recommendations.
7. Communicating organizational updates and ensuring completion of actions.
8. Improving processes and maintaining compliance documentation.
9. Performing data entry, system maintenance, and project management tasks.
10. Creating metrics and supporting audits and internal records.
11. Assessing team needs and executing strategic improvements.

Minimum Educational / Work Experience:

• University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years using SAP systems and planning tasks.
• At least 2 years leading and developing a team.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concerns clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing difficult discussions.

Security and Physical Requirements:

• Must meet requirements for U.S. Government Security Clearance.
