Ecolab in Beloit, WI is hiring a Logistics Associate I to support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping. You’ll use scanners and forklifts to move goods, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with customer service and production teams.

The role requires a high school diploma and forklift experience, with a $2,000 signing bonus and a pay rate of $19.77 per hour. Overtime may apply, and safety gear is required at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using Raymond-Brand stand‑up forklifts.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
• Plant or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets.
• Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Verify product quantities and labeling against packing lists and SAP records.
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments.
• Update databases and participate in cycle counts.
