Job summary

Qualifications

• No diploma required; basic math and reading/writing skills are needed.
• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; prepare orders for shipping with precision.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals.
• Support loading/unloading trucks as needed.
