Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. Pay starts at $26.50 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with hours from 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, and weekends/overtime as needed.

You will operate a forklift and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries for final products. You’ll gain hands-on experience in warehousing, cycle counts, packing, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.
• Other duties as assigned.
