Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support our government customer in San Antonio, Texas. The role covers inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory control, and coordination with staff and vendors.

You will process shipments, verify packing slips, and maintain records using DMLSS and MS Office. Daily duties include loading/unloading, PPE usage, and documentation across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory management.
• Ability to verify packing slips and quantities across shipments.
• Proven ability to interact with government personnel and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound deliveries and maintain documentation.
• Provide customer support to staff at service window and loading dock.
• Pack/unpack shipments and process related documentation.
• Coordinate distribution of incoming supplies with customers.
• Operate material handling equipment and perform daily PPE checks.
• Maintain property accountability and assist with medical supply ops.
• Utilize database systems to track property and supplies (e.g., DMLSS).
• Assist with shipping/receiving accounts (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and documentation.
