Job summary

Safety Technology International, Inc. (STI) is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Waterford, MI to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, support inventory and warehousing, and manage documentation. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing or order fulfillment.
• Experience using customer and carrier shipping portals preferred.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS/Schedule B and country-of-origin requirements is a plus.
• Experience with customs documentation, SLIs and customer-compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Schedule shipments and pickups through carrier and customer portals.
• Prepare and submit shipping documents (B/Ls, packing lists, invoices, origin certificates).
• Track shipments, communicate delays and resolve delivery issues.
• Support inventory management, warehousing, sourcing and dispatching activities.
• Maintain organized shipping records in ERP and related systems.
