You will support scheduling, load optimization, and data accuracy across our transportation operations. The position requires a High school diploma (or GED), 2+ years in logistics coordination, and proficiency with MS Office and logistics software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clear communication with carriers to meet load requirements.
• Tracks and traces truck loads and provides updates with PO numbers.
• Ensures accurate status updates in the system in a timely manner.
• Schedules truck load appointments for efficient delivery/pickup.
• Identifies suitable carriers and ensures load requirements are met.
