You will manage load requirements, schedule truck deliveries and pickups, and support operations with detailed reports. A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years in logistics; bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, carrier relations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate communication with each carrier to ensure load requirements are understood and achieved.
• Tracks and traces truck loads, provides updates and PO numbers for accurate records.
• Schedules appointments for truck loads to ensure efficient delivery and pickup.
• Identifies carriers for loads and ensures load requirements are met per company standards.
• Builds positive relationships with carriers and monitors performance.
