The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS Office and logistics software. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with carriers to ensure load requirements are met.
• Actively track and trace truck loads; provide updates and PO numbers.
• Schedule truck load pickups and deliveries; ensure accurate system updates.
