Collabera Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Logistic Specialist for a 6-month assignment with potential extension and conversion.

The role focuses on monitoring freight movements, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries. You will analyze transportation issues, support reporting, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve disruptions while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and working with multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or operations environment.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Logistic Specialist

Pay Range : $18/hr - $20/hr

Day to day:
