Logistics Supervisor – Semiconductor Supply Chain & Material Operations
Drive Precision Logistics for Cutting-Edge Semiconductor Projects

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience to manage material movement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics execution.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials and equipment are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule to support semiconductor manufacturing and project operations.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex supply chains, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and improving logistics performance in fast-paced environments.

Material Planning & Inventory Management
  • Manage end-to-end material flow including receiving, storage, allocation, tracking, and delivery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
  • Monitor material consumption, shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
  • Partner with procurement and project teams to align material demand with supply availability.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities including transportation, receiving, and shipment coordination.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure proper handling, packaging, labeling, and documentation of materials and equipment.
  • Support efficient warehouse workflow and material movement.
Supply Chain Optimization
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics to improve delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and operational execution.
  • Develop and improve SOPs for logistics and material management processes.
  • Support ERP/WMS system improvements and data accuracy initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, material management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing inventory, transportation, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Semiconductor, electronics, construction, or high-tech manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting fab construction, semiconductor equipment installation, or critical material logistics.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, air/ocean freight, and customs processes.
  • ERP/WMS experience.
