Manage daily operations of domestic and international 3PL warehouses, including shipments, returns, and inventory counting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with Sales to align order timelines and customer communication strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
  2. Analyze data and reports to anticipate and identify problems, challenges, and opportunities.
  3. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance performance.
  4. Ensure proper documentation is obtained and maintained.
  5. Handle multiple priorities such as customer inquiries, order modifications, product returns, and shortage resolutions.
  6. Stay updated on transportation regulations at county, state, federal, and international levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal (required for international logistics reconciliation).
