Job summary

Fokker Services Group in LaGrange, GA is seeking a dependable shipping/receiving clerk responsible for accurately handling all incoming materials and shipping outgoing shipments. You will prepare shipping documents, BOL, and export paperwork, verify records for accuracy, inspect units, schedule pickups, package items, and maintain an organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, clerical experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Several years of clerical experience preferred.
• Must be capable of operating computers and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming materials and ship all outgoing materials.
• Prepare all internal and FAA required shipping documents.
• Prepare all Bill of Lading and Export documentation.
• Collect and compile documents for work order packets for shipment of units.
• Proof and edit all documents for completeness or errors.
• Visually inspect units being shipped for damage.
• Schedule shipments for pickup as required.
• Package units and ship as required.
• Receive all incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform tasks with high accuracy.
• Cross training in inventory transactions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Collect and compile all documents required for work order packet from RFI area and customer service representative for shipment of units
• Proof and edit all documents for completeness or errors
• Visually inspect units being shipped for any damage
• Schedule shipments for pickup as required
• Packaging of units and shipping as required
• Receive all incoming shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform all tasks with the highest level of accuracy
• Cross training in the inventory transactions
• Other duties as assigned
