• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations/logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules.
• Schedule/dispatch drivers daily with portal.
• Check on airfreight inbound shipments.
• Frequent communication with customers and vendors of orders.
• Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system.
• Customer service support; respond to email and phone inquiries.
• Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues.
• Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner.
• Verify drivers are within DOT regulated on duty hours.
• Comply with DOT standards and shipping regulations.
• Submit Inventory reports to the designated customer.
• Scan over documents upon completion to the desired customer – Xerox.
• Submit documentation to Accounting department for final billing – SharePoint.
• Prepare inbound and outbound paperwork packets for warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and targets are met – via Nav Dynamics
