Logistics / Supply Chain
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our supply chain. You’ll guide daily warehouse and logistics execution, ensuring that our fulfillment and transportation operations run smoothly and efficiently. From coaching teams and driving productivity, to improving inbound and outbound flows, you’ll be key in aligning warehouse processes with broader logistics goals. With a new ERP system on the horizon, we’re looking for someone who can lead change, train teams, and bring operational excellence to life.

What You’ll Do:
Warehouse Operations & Productivity Leadership:
Lead daily warehouse execution, including managing order picking volume and assigning pick tasks.
Monitor and report on warehouse productivity; provide coaching, performance feedback, and accountability for supervisors and associates.
Manage time and attendance for warehouse staff, ensuring efficient labor utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.
Create and manage inbound receiving schedules; adjust flow based on volume and operational needs.
Support the successful transition to a new ERP system, including warehouse team training and adoption.
Transportation & Logistics Coordination:
Support transportation processes including outbound routing and shipping coordination.
Assign picked loads to drivers and trucks in alignment with route plans.
Collaborate with the routing function to ensure on-time and efficient outbound service.
Act as a liaison between warehouse and transportation functions to support end-to-end fulfillment execution.

What You’ll Need: Skills your resume should demonstrate:
Proven leadership in warehouse operations, including coaching frontline teams and driving accountability.
Deep understanding of WMS platforms and warehouse workflows.
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
Familiarity with occupational safety standards and compliance protocol.
Experience managing labor planning and time/attendance systems.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and train others on tools and procedures.
Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
