Job summary

Energy Dome is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate international shipments, import activities, customs compliance, and domestic transportation for our utility-scale energy storage projects. You will ensure on-time delivery of critical equipment across the country.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. import regulations and customs procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import operations compliant with U.S. regulations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.
  • Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
  • Prepare L/C documentation and related paperwork.
  • Maintain and update project shipping plans.
  • Coordinate transportation activities across the United States.
  • Organize and manage road transportation documentation.
  • Monitor shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with project schedules.

About the Role

As we continue expanding our operations in the United States, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the coordination of international shipments, import activities, customs compliance, and domestic transportation for our utility-scale energy storage projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing clean energy company and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical equipment and materials.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate import operations in compliance with U.S. regulations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
  • Prepare, review, and manage customs and shipping documentation.
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for Letters of Credit (L/C).
  • Maintain and update project shipping plans.
  • Coordinate transportation activities across the United States.
  • Organize and manage road transportation documentation.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure logistics processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with project schedules.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. import regulations and customs procedures.
  • Strong understanding of logistics documents, including AWB, BOL, FCR, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills
  • Experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. import regulations and customs procedures.
  • Understanding of logistics documents.
  • Coordination with customs brokers and transportation providers.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the energy, industrial, infrastructure, EPC, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices.
  • Experience with Letters of Credit and international shipping operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Pay range and compensation package
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry background.
