Job summary

CRG is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their Atlanta-based team. This role involves managing shipment operations, issuing invoices, and maintaining strong client and supplier communications to ensure efficient delivery.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement, cost reductions, and close collaboration with Delivery teams, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm on-site schedule. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2-4 years of experience in the transportation industry with CargoWise software experience.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and maintain excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issuing client invoices based on existing rate cards.
• Coordinating import shipment operations and ensuring clients are taken care of with strong customer service skills.
• Serve as point of escalation to resolve customer queries / issues.
• Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of cargo and communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with vendors and monitor vendor service; report trends to managers.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvements and cost reductions.
• Co-own KPI’s and other measurements within Delivery and initiate action plans for improvement.

Responsibilities:
